Essie Smooth Sailing

It is absolutely complete sin that I have not posted this polish sooner. This was probably my favorite summer polish this year. I think I wore it at least 5 to 6 times. I just couldn't get enough. This one is from the Essie Braziliant Summer 2011 collection.

Smooth Sailing


Smooth Sailing is a cornflower blue with tiny light blue and pink glass flecks

*My camera has some aversion to blues. It doesn't want to focus on them. Camera is jealous of their beauty.

This color is beautiful. It's one of my favorite shades of blue. The glass flecks in it just make it a million times better. I really cannot say anything deeper than that. It is an absolute must have. It will be in Top Polishes of 2011 post when I post it later this year. You must get this color! :)

    It's like a shimmery Lapis of Luxury - I love it! Since I already have Lapis I can't really see the need for both but I wish I got this one instead :(

    I just bought this polish Monday night, after falling in love with the minis that I found at walmart.  They didn't have the full sized bottle, so I drove 20 minutes out of my way to get it!!  It is gorgeous!

    This is really lovely, cornflower blue is the perfect description for it.  I am such a sucker for glass flecks.

    OMG this polish is so beautiful.  I'm having a sad that I didn't buy a backup of it, lol!  XD  The delicate shimmer/sparkle is so super pretty and the color is perfect.  LOVE this polish.  Looks super pretty on you!  <3

     Ditto you on this one. I love, love, love this shade - almost did not buy it as I thought I had other blues similar - oh so not. It's still out there selling some places so you can get it or a back up bottle of it.

    I bought this polish, along with Super Boss Nova, in a mini 2-pack a couple of weeks ago for TWO DOLLARS at my local Wally World. and I wish I would have snagged a couple more of them, because I LOVED this color as soon as I put it on.
     
    So, for those of you lemming over it, my advice is to check out your Walmart. They may still have some clearance minis.

    I absolutely love Smooth Sailing, the formula is amazing and I have yet to see a skintone it doesn't work with :)  nice swatch!
