I got this Orly beauty from the lovely Lakeisha at Refined and Polished. This one had been on my wishlist since I first laid eyes on it. I was really worried this would be another one of those Zoya Faye dupes or be a dupe to OPI It's My Year, but it's not! I love both of those polishes, and I love this one too. I guess I have some sort of thing for pinks and purples with intense gold shimmer .
Oui
Orly Oui is a medium purple base with an intense gold shimmer throughout.
I just love these colors! I love the purple base on this. The pigmentation of the purple is great. It's a nice balance between the purple and the shimmer. This is definitely a true purple, in comparison to the other shades that are more rosy or mauve. I think this one is different enough that if you're fan of these types of shades you'll want this one too.
Here are pictures of my swatches Zoya Faye, OPI It's My Year, & Orly Oui side by side:
It's definitely different! Great color. Thanks Lakeisha!
Happy Friday!
I picked this up in the mini set from Sally (the one in the candy cane with Androgynie). I need to try this soon. So pretty :D
