I was literally speechless this weekend at the Beauty Bloggers of Central Florida meetup when I saw what Milani gave us. They were extremely generous and gave us some awesome makeup bags filled to the brim with their new makeup and nail polish products. Again, thank you Milani! I'm so grateful! I was about put in a cosmetic coma. They had their High Speed Fast Dry nail polish line in there, and I found this one an instant favorite!
Jiffy Orange
Jiffy Orange is bright orange creme.
I am in love with color! I had seen this in stores, and passed it up. I thought what is another orange? I was wrong....this is a fantastic orange! I love the vibrancy of this color. The formula was easy to work with and smooth. On the bottle it says "one coat formula". This is more like a two coat formula. That's fine though, I rarely expect to ever use one coat of polish, so this does not bother me. Aside from that, it does quicker than your standard polish. This is great all around color, and I'm glad I got to try it!
Happy Tuesday!

Girly Bits Shift Happens
I think it was around a year or so ago the coveted Clarins 230 had a bit of price drop on eBay. Instead of $100+ it was going for around $60-$80. I know quite a few people who hopped on that bandwagon and picked themselves up a bottle. Me? No way! Too high for me! Then recently across the pond Max Factor released Fantasy Fire a tiny bottle of polish very similar to Clarins 230. I was not going to jump through hoops to get that. Plus, the bottle is so stinking small.
Now this is where Girly Bits comes in. I reviewed some of her products a little while ago. She has created her own line of polishes. One of these colors is called Shift Happens. This is a near dupe to Clarins 230 and Fantasy Fire. It has the exact same color morphing effect. The only difference is it is in more a clear base versus a purple. I actually prefer this because it opens up your layering options. It is stunning!
Shift Happens over Urban Outfitters Bandeau
I got the idea for this color combo from Once Bitten. She wore Fantasy Fire over Bandeau at our meetup on Saturday. It looked fantastic!
Shift Happens over Cult Nails Time Traveler
Shift Happens is a multichrome shimmer that shifts the colors pink, red, orange, and yellow.
The color shift is going to be somewhat dependent on what color you use as your base. If you're using blues or violets the reds, pinks, and oranges will pop. If you're using black you'll will more likely see the full spectrum of colors it shifts. Regardless, it is absolutely stunning. You could put this on tuna fish and it would be gorgeous. I do not recommend that though.
This is a must have! Stop bidding on eBay for Clarins 230 or searching high and low for Max Fantasy Fire. Shift Happens is your answer! I purchased the full size bottle of this from Pam directly for $11.50+ shipping. She also sells the mini bottles for $7.00. Her shop is currently closed, but in the meantime you can purchase Shift Happens from Llarowe for $13.00. It is well worth it!

Share With You Sunday: Central Florida Bloggers Edition
I am sorry I have been MIA the past few days. I honestly have been super scattered brained and short on time. I will resume normal blogging this week along with the normal Bottle Spam Saturday and Share With You Sunday next weekend.
I took part a Beauty Bloggers of Central Florida meetup yesterday. It was a blast! It's so crazy to know almost a year ago our group only consisted of 5-6 people, and yesterday we had around 20! I reconnected with some great ladies, while I met some awesome new people as well. We shopped each other's boxes of polishes/makeup and had some amazing sponsors.
See what I come home with.... needless to say, today I will be spending the day swatching!
I wanted to share with you the blogs and pages of the woman I met yesterday! I enjoyed meeting all of them!
There were a lot of us! I seriously hope I did not leave anyone out :-/. If I did please let me know, and I will add you in.
We also had some amazing sponsors. Many thanks to Milani Cosmetics, Avon via Alyssa, NYX Cosmetics, Cult Nails, Overall Beauty, CVS Beauty, Tarte Cosmetics, Pure Ice, and Venomous Cosmetics! We all appreciated you supporting us. :)
I really enjoyed this meetup! I was a dimwit and forgot to take photos, but many of this ladies will have photos on their blogs.
I encourage you all in your area to seek out other beauty/nail polish addicts and meetup. It's a great way to network and more importantly make new friends!

China Glaze Ultamate Holiday
The words "limited edition" equate to "OMG if I don't get this stuff now, I'll never get see it again, and it will be $39248309483094839048234 on ebay in 6 months" in my mind. This is not always the case, and even if something is limited edition doesn't mean I'll actually like it. That being said, I'm impulsive. When I heard about the Ulta China Glaze holiday exclusives I snatched these up as if the world was about to end. This was one I got, and well...meh
Ultamate Holiday
Ultamate Holiday is a gold with holographic glitter.
It's glitter, so that automatically makes it awesome, but I really do not like this color. It's that gold that leans towards green. Blech. This does not do it for me at all. The fact that there is holographic glitter in this still doesn't save it for me. It's too pale. I don't even care that it's LE. I gave it a new home. I'm sure they'll appreciate it more than me. :)
Happy Thursday!

Sinful Colors Athens
I've never bought an entire Sinful Colors collection until now. When I saw the Castaway collection it was an instant "I need them all!!!!" reaction. I happily scooped up the 8 polishes in this collection. I'll say it again. I am super impressed with what the drugstore brands are coming out with. I love the ability to pay $2 for a on trend and funky color instead of paying $8.00+. I got the whole Castaway collection for $16. What a steal! This is one of the awesome colors that came in it.
Athens
Athens is a medium dusty teal creme.
I love this color. I'm really into these colors that have just a touch of gray added to them. I like the hint of softness that adds to the shade. Besides, the color I thought this formula was excellent. I have had many troubles in the past with Sinful Colors formula. I've had issues with streakiness too often with this brand. I'd say this entire Castaway collection outside of maybe 1 polish the formula was great. I had opaqueness in 2 coats without any streaks! It was a nail polish miracle. Whatever you're doing Sinful Colors, you're doing it right! Keep it up!
